Return Process

  Log into your UDPOWER account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
